  Sea Breeze will once again become the center of summer entertainment as DREAM FEST 2026 takes place from July 23 to July 26 on the shores of the Caspian Sea. The international open-air music festival is expected to bring together more than 50 artists from Azerbaijan, Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada, Turkey, and CIS countries for four unforgettable days of live performances, entertainment, and beachside atmosphere.
